Our version of the British ploughman`s platter. Assorted imported and domestic cheeses, served alongside seasonal fruit and vegetables. Served with crackers.
Canyon Crabcakes
Two mouth watering crabcakes sautéed to perfection and served with red pepper aioli.
Ale-Infused French Onion Soup
Topped with sourdough crouton and flame-toasted Provolone cheese.
Wicked Pickles
Six beer battered fried pickle spears served with Ranch dressing.
Spinach Artichoke Dip

The finest 8 oz. tenderloin of beef, charbroiled, served with brewhouse mashers, sautéed vegetables and Margarita maitre d' butter.
Tlaquepaque Burger
Char-broiled one-half pound Certified Angus ground chuck burger served with lettuce, vine ripe tomato, red onion, sharp cheddar and French fries. Gourmet Toppings available.
Brew Master's Special
Locally made Bratwurst with Polish and Italian sausages, simmered in Gold Lager, grilled and served with Bavarian sauerkraut and brewhouse mashers.
Pinne Pasta Primevera
Penne pasta, grilled asparagus, zucchini, roasted red pepper, sun-dried tomatoes and marinated portabella mushrooms tossed with garlic vegetable reduction and a hint of balsamic vinegar.
Rosemary Crusted Pork Loin
Rosemary pork loin with sun-dried cranberry and port wine demi. Served with Wehani and Basmati rice pilaf.
Etouffee
In the Cajun style, this spicy stew of crayfish, scallops, shrimp and seasonal fish in a thick, dark Cajun roux is deep in flavor and color and served over Basmati rice.
Roasted Chicken Penne
